This week at the General Assembly: VASSP is closely following and weighing in on a number of bills including: teacher contracts (HB 2151); truancy (HB 2060); bullying (HB 1871); use of calculators in SOL (HB 1350); school grading (SB 1207); state school takeover (HB 2096); CPR training (HB 2028); and parental rights (HB 1642), among many others.
