The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond was the site of a special event for three Virginia school administrators on the evening of October 27, 2011. The 2011 Outstanding High School and Middle School Principals of Virginia and the 2011 Outstanding Secondary School Assistant Principal who were recognized in June at the 84th Virginia Middle and High School Principals Conference & Exposition were presented with honorary rings courtesy of the Herff Jones Company. These customized rings, designed in conjunction with VASSP, were created by Herff Jones as a special recognition for the accomplishments of these Virginia administrators.
School administrators receiving their honorary rings were Jerry Campbell, principal, Andrew Lewis Middle School, Salem Division; Virginia Minshew, principal, Parkview Middle School, Loudoun Division; and Sandi Brown, assistant principal, Tallwood High School, Virginia Beach Division. Our congratulations to each of these outstanding Virginia school administrators!
