A new Dual Enrollment Advising Toolkit is now available to support Virginia school divisions, educators, and administrators in strengthening dual enrollment implementation and advising practices.

Developed to align with College and Career Ready Virginia (CCRV) and Virginia’s 3E priorities (Enrolled, Enlisted, Employed), the toolkit provides practical guidance to help ensure dual enrollment opportunities are accessible, intentional, and aligned with postsecondary pathways.

This resource is intended for use by school counselors, administrators, and instructional staff seeking to improve dual enrollment access while ensuring coursework meaningfully supports student success beyond high school.

Educators are encouraged to review the toolkit and integrate its guidance into local advising and program planning efforts. Visit the Educators and Administrators section of the Dual Enrollment webpage for more information and to download the toolkit.
